Acak77 Terms and Conditions – Member Rights and Responsibilities

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the acak77 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services offered by acak77. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the acak77 platform. acak77 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This information will be used for identity verification (KYC) purposes and official communications from acak77. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and kept up to date should any changes occur.

Acak77 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts without providing a reason, particularly where there are indications of fraud, false information, or a violation of any part of these Terms.

3Account Management

Each member is solely responsible for the security of their account. This includes keeping their username and password confidential, not sharing login credentials with anyone, and ensuring no one else accesses your account without authorization.

If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify the acak77 support team immediately through our 24/7 support channels. acak77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of login credentials to third parties.

Acak77 also reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for investigation purposes if suspicious or unusual activity is detected. During the freeze period, all transactions and gaming activity will be suspended until the investigation is concluded.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Acak77 accepts a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, debit/credit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies. All deposits are credited to your acak77 account instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor.

Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on your chosen payment method. Before your first withdrawal is processed, acak77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents as part of our KYC process. This includes a copy of your identification card or passport, as well as proof of the payment method used.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the payment method and account level.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated in the Finance section of the platform.
• Acak77 reserves the right to reject or delay suspicious withdrawals for compliance review purposes.
• Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors are the member's responsibility.
• Deposits made via a specific payment method must be withdrawn using the same method, subject to availability.

Acak77 takes anti-money laundering (AML) prevention seriously. Should any transaction raise suspicion, acak77 reserves the right to suspend processing and report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legislation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Acak77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special festive promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is announced.

• Bonuses may only be used by eligible members as determined by the relevant promotion's terms.

• All completed wagering agreements are final.

7Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the acak77 platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play or exploit the platform.
• Modifying, decompiling, or attempting to access the platform's source code.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen credit card information.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities — members are required to report any bugs to acak77 support.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Placing fraudulent bets or coordinating across multiple accounts to exploit promotions.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or harmful content to any party through the platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances including pending withdrawals, and legal action where necessary.

9Limitation of Liability

10Account Closure & Suspension

Acak77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by relevant authorities. Members whose accounts are closed due to a Terms violation are not entitled to compensation for any losses incurred.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the acak77 support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any remaining balance (excluding bonuses with unmet wagering conditions) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

11Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise between you and acak77, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first for an amicable resolution. Our team will endeavor to resolve any issues within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through standard support channels, the matter will be escalated to acak77 senior management. The decision of senior management is final for all issues relating to games, bonuses, and financial transactions that have been processed correctly in accordance with established procedures.

12Terms Amendment

Acak77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the acak77 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date by contacting our support team.
